Small Change. Big Impact. Today, we are shining a spotlight on Collins Foods Limited and their incredible impact on children with cancer.
At the Children’s Hospital Foundation, we are incredibly proud of our partnership with Collins Foods Limited to help support sick Queensland kids through their workplace giving program across the past three years.
With the support of their 17,000+ strong team, Collins has raised an incredible $122,089 over the past financial year for the Ian Frazer Centre for Children’s Immunotherapy Research.
Children’s Hospital Foundation CEO, Lyndsey Rice said: “Every donation, no matter how big or small, can make a difference for sick and injured kids and we’re extremely grateful for the ongoing support of Collins Foods Limited.
“Their contributions support important research at the Ian Frazer Centre to bring better outcomes, treatments and survivorship for children with cancer,” she added.
With stories of young workers at their KFC stores chipping a few extra dollars each pay, the commitment of Collins over the years has made a resounding impact for sick children and young people.
Regular donations through workplace giving – just like those of Collins Foods Limited – prove the impact of collective action and help us support sick kids and their families through the toughest of times.
