Children’s Hospital Foundation is proud to announce a new partnership with two-time Australian GT Champion Liam Talbot, who is using his 2025 championship campaign to drive more than just speed.

GT racing just got a whole lot more meaningful. As part of the new powerful partnership, Liam will personally match every dollar donated to the Children’s Hospital Foundation throughout the racing season up to $100,000, doubling the impact for sick kids and their families.

His Aston Martin race car will also carry the Children’s Hospital Foundation logo at every round of the Australian GT Championship – raising awareness for sick kids with every lap.

Racing for more than titles

Liam Talbot has long been known for his precision on the track, but now he’s turning heads for his heart off the track.

A passionate advocate and father himself, Liam has committed to using his platform to raise funds and awareness for the Children’s Hospital Foundation – ensuring that every child has every chance to thrive, from the Tweed to the Cape.

“I’m proud to be racing for something bigger this season,” said Liam.

“Supporting the Children’s Hospital Foundation is deeply personal to me, and I hope fans across Australia will join me in backing this incredible cause. For every child in hospital watching, I’ll be racing extra fast for you.”

Through this initiative, fans and supporters are encouraged to donate, knowing their generosity will go twice as far thanks to Liam’s dollar-for-dollar match.

Driving community impact, one lap at a time

Children’s Hospital Foundation CEO Lyndsey Rice shared her pride in the partnership and its potential to make a lasting difference.

“It’s an honour to have one of Australia’s top drivers not only representing us on the track, but personally backing our mission off it,” Ms Rice said.

“Liam’s decision to match every donation shows his deep commitment to helping Queensland kids and families. This is a powerful example of using passion and platform to create real impact.”

Together, through this partnership, we’re helping to ensure every child can access world-class healthcare and support – no matter their illness or injury.
