Senior Partnerships Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Partnerships team. This is a full-time, permanent role that will be based at our beautiful office in South Brisbane.
Working closely with the Head of Partnerships & Philanthropy and the broader Partnerships & Philanthropy Team you will be responsible for:
- Strategic planning and sustainable development of the program
- Leading the team approach to development and engagement for new and existing partners
- Leading and mentoring the Partnerships team, fostering an objective led approach
- Financial management and negotiations
- Monthly Financial and Performance Reporting
- New Business Aquisition and Development
Who are you?

- 5+ years proven experience in developing and executing growth strategies for partnerships and fundraising programs or similar

- Excellent negotiation and budget management skills

Sponsorship and Events Specialist
An opportunity has arisen within our Partnerships and Philanthropy team for a Sponsorship and Events Specialist. This role is full-time and is based at our corporate offices in South Brisbane.
Working closely with the Senior Sponsorship and Events Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the delivery of philanthropic events, projects and campaigns to raise funds or engage key donors, partners and other stakeholders
- Planning and delivering a range of small events/campaigns, from conception and briefings to execution and post-event evaluation
- Liaising with donors and partners to provide high level customer service and stewardship of key stakeholders
- Assisting with general stewardship activities for the retention and growth of donors including hosting donors at events, phone calls, thank you letters and certificates of appreciation, and
- Management of the CRM to ensure all donor and partner information is accurately and regularly updated
Who are you?
- A detail oriented and organized professional who can manage a varied body of work
- A strong relationship builder who strives to understand our partners, donors and our case
- Team player with a positive and energised attitude
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a marketing, sponsorship/partnership, or events team
- Strong organisational skills, with demonstrated experience in delivering multiple campaigns, projects or events simultaneously
- Ability to manage a project and/or capably lead elements of a project in support of the project lead and overarching objectives
- Strong administrative skills and high level attention to detail.
